The Department of Correctional Services (DCS) and Chief Apostle C. Nongqunga of the Twelve Apostles’ Church in Christ (TACC) will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) tomorrow, Friday 28 November.
The MOU aims at formalising relations between DCS and TACC, in order to promote corrections as a societal responsibility while working together towards the spiritual upliftment, and education, of inmates.
