Department of Correctional Services Minister Sibusiso Ndebele will hand over 20 wheelchairs to needy and disabled people.
The wheelchair project is a joint initiative between the Department of Correctional Services and Hillsong Africa Foundation, and were assembled by offenders as part of their rehabilitation programme, aimed at ploughing back to communities as required by the restorative justice process.
