More than 50 prisoners from correctional facilities around the Western Cape will take part in the Western Cape Professional Soccer Tournament at the Nyanga Stadium (next to Nyanga Police Station) at 9am tomorrow, 19 September 2015.
The prisoners, competing against 16 other professional soccer teams from communities around the province, will showcase their soccer prowess to thousands of spectators, which is part of their ongoing rehabilitation programme, aimed at strengthening social reintegration initiatives of the Deparmtent of Correctional Services.
