The Executive Mayor of Cape Town, Alderman Patricia de Lille, will on Sunday 30 June 2013, launch the City of Cape Town’s Nelson Mandela Legacy Exhibition as part of the City’s year-long programme to honour Madiba.
The exhibition will comprise historic photographs and visuals capturing significant moments of Madiba’s contribution to the attainment of democracy in the country and his presidency. The event will also be attended by Archbishop Desmond Tutu and National Planning Minister Trevor Manuel.
