The Free State Provincial Government will be in Matlwangtlwang, Steynsrus to celebrate Mandela Day on Sunday, 18 July 2010 as part of Operation Hlasela.
The Mandela celebration will first kick-off on Saturday with the hosting of the Mandela Lecture and Operation Hlasela Fund dinner in Kroonstad to raise funds towards the ground breaking service delivery programme, Operation Hlasela.
