The theme is "Maximise the utilisation of community based structure for improved Primary Health Services".
The purpose is:
- To advocate for the funding of the Free State Department of Health through outside development aids
- To invite donors who have already signed agreement with the national Department of Health for other provinces to extend to the Free State Department of Health.
NB: A detailed programme will be forwarded at a later stage.
