Theme: Own Your Dream
The Deputy Minister of Tourism, Ms Tokozile Xasa will launch the third annual National Tourism Careers Expo in Gauteng tomorrow. Celebrated under the theme Own Your Dream, the National Tourism Careers Expo, which will take place from 28 to 30 September 2010 in Durban, provides a platform for young people to interact directly with the sector and access information about the available education and internship opportunities.
The Expo is also intended to help address the huge skills shortages and perceptions that tourism is not an ideal career of choice.
