The Department of Defence’s Surgeon General, Lieutenant General Vejaay Ramlakan will launch a book of the South African National Defence Force military health history at the Freedom Park, on Tuesday, 10 August 2010 in Pretoria at 16h30.
This biographical account of the history of the military health services explores the events in military health care, from the origins of military health care in South Africa through our tumultuous history for independence and recognition to a democratic country.
The rich history of the military health services that supported all the armed forces over the years, has for the first time been documented. This unique book is titled, “The 4th Dimension”.
