The Commission for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Communities (CRL Rights Commission) will this week be locked in talks with the Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Richard Baloyi, and the Executive Mayor of Tshwane, Kgosientso Ramakgopa, at the upcoming National Consultative Conference (NCC).
The National Consultative Conference, from the 7 to 10 March 2013, will serve as a platform for cultural, religious, and linguistic communities to share challenges and struggles they face in aspiration to a better society that contributes to social transformation and nation building.
Speakers invited at conference are traditional leaders, Leaders of the Jewish, Islam, Christian, African religion, academics, political parties, chapter 9 institutions, relevant government departments and delegates comprising of cultural, religious and linguistic community Councils.
