The Gauteng Department of Health and Social Development in partnership with Sisize Seswele Msholozi People's project will be hosting a Maskandi concert aiming at alleviating poverty this Sunday in Thokoza, Ekurhuleni.
Through this fundraising initiative, the department and the project will collect clothes and food that will later be distributed to disadvantaged families. The entrance fee is a minimum of three items (usable clothes and non-perishable food items).
The entertainers will include Izingane Zoma, Izintombi zikaMjapani and local Maskandi artists.
