As part of the Women's Month programme and to mark 300 days countdown to the 2010 FIFA World Cup, the Mamelodi community will be treated to a spectacle of women in football tournament under the theme "Dlala Ntombazana".
Hosted by the Gauteng Department of Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation in partnership with the City of Tshwane, the under 14 and 17 tournament will be aimed at celebrating Women in Sport with clear focus of breaking the barrier of playing the male dominated sport and increase number of women participating as players, administrators, technical officials and coaches.
