The Powers and Privileges Committee will tomorrow convene a meeting to receive presentations in mitigation and aggravation of sanctions in relations to the disciplinary hearing of 20 Members of Parliament of the Economic Freedom Fighters for the incident that happened on the 21 August 2014 in the National Assembly.
The committee will following these presentations discuss possible sanctions as a result of the guilty findings against the charged members, as per the Powers, Privileges and Immunities of Parliament and Provincial Legislatures Act.
