The Minister of Basic Education, Mrs. Angie Motshekga will on Thursday, 4 December 2014, release the 2014 Annual National Assessment results.
The Department of Basic Education put ANA in place as a diagnostic tool to annually measure progress in learner achievement in numeracy and literacy. The Annual National Assessments target Literacy and Numeracy because these have been found universally to be the key foundational skills for successful learning in school.
Members of the media are invited to attend the release of the ANA results as follows
