9 of 2004

The South African Social Security Agency Act 9 of 2004 intends:

to provide for the establishment of the South African Social Security Agency as an agent for the administration and payment of social assistance;
to provide for the prospective administration and payment of social security by the Agency and the provision of services related thereto; and
to provide for matters connected therewith.
