Road Accident Fund Amendment Act, 2001 (No. 15 of 2001)

Act
- to amend the Road Accident Fund Act, 1996, so as to authorise the Fund to make financial contributions to road safety projects and programmes approved by the Minister; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa, as follows:-
Amendment of section 4 of Act 56 of 1996
1. Section 4 of the Road Accident Fund Act, 1 996, is hereby amended by the additionto subsection (2) of the following paragraph:
“(h) make financial contributions to road safety projects and programmes approved by the Minister.”.
Short title
2. This Act is called the Road Accident Fund Amendment Act, 2001.
