The Prohibition or Restriction of Certain Conventional Weapons Act 18 of 2008 Aims:
- to enact the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons which may be deemed to be excessively injurious or to have indiscriminate effects into South African law; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
