The Petroleum Pipelines Act 60 of 2003 intends:
- to establish a national regulatory framework for petroleum pipelines;
- to establish a Petroleum Pipelines Regulatory Authority as the custodian and enforcer of the national regulatory framework; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
