The repealed Eskom Amendment Act 69 of 1995 intended:
- to amend the Eskom Act, 1987 [repealed in 2001], so as
- to substitute a certain definition;
- to provide anew for the constitution of the Electricity Council;
- to further regulate the disqualification for membership of the Electricity Council, vacating of office and filling of vacancies; and
- to substitute a certain word; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
