The Defence Laws Repeal and Amendment Act 17 of 2015 intends:
- to repeal certain obsolete or redundant defence laws;
- to amend the Castle Management Act, 1993, so as to omit an unconstitutional provision; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
Commencement
Date of commencement to be proclaimed in a Government Gazette.
