The repealed Agricultural Credit Amendment Act 65 of 1995 intended:
- to amend the Agricultural Credit Act, 1966 [repealed in 2003], so as
- to make it applicable throughout the Republic; and
- to replace or delete certain definitions and expressions; and
- to provide for matters connected therewith.
