The Eastern Cape Department of Health’s Customer Care Unit is currently hosting lunch hour seminars targeted mainly at the staff of the department and most importantly to keep departmental functionaries abreast of current issues.
The first seminar with the theme “Service Transformation Plan (STP), Improving Primary Health Care (IPHC),” took place on 12 May 2008 at the Skenjana Hall where employees were given an opportunity to engage the top management and seek clarity on matters affecting their well being.
