Zola Skweyiya will brief stakeholders and the media on various priority
programmes being undertaken during the year. Issues under discussion will
include:
* comprehensive social security â current and emerging policy issues
* the role of the South Africa Social Security Agency and an update on the
National Integrated Community Outreach Programme
* policies and programmes aimed at providing services to children, including
Early Childhood Development and an outline of the Children's Act
* anti-poverty measures and programmes.
