President Thabo Mbeki will on Friday, 2 November 2007, address the National
Council of Provinces in Pniel, Stellenbosch. The address will follow a series
of public participation engagements by national Ministers and Deputy Ministers
in the Western Cape. This year's address by President Mbeki to NCOP is in line
with Parliament's theme aimed at deepening the debate amongst South Africans
about the country's progress (Masijule ngengxoxo Mzantsi!)

Time: 10h00
Media expected to arrive at 09h00 and present positive identification and
press cards.
