T Mbeki to address National Council of Provinces Inter-governmental
Relations and Co-operative Government Summit, 4 May

President Thabo Mbeki will address the Inter-governmental Relations and
Co-operative Government Summit to be hosted by the National Council of
Provinces at Good Hope High School on Friday, 4 May 2007 at 11h00. The Summit
is meant to commemorate the 10th Anniversary the NCOP.

The summit takes place in the context of the Parliamentary Theme: 'Masijule
Ngengxoxo Mzansi - deepening the debate'. It will focus on the promotion of the
principles of intergovernmental relations.
