activities in commemoration of International Drug Awareness Day

The South African Police Service (SAPS), through its National Visible
Policing Division, in partnership with the National Prosecuting Authority
(NPA), the Gauteng Department of Education (GDE) and the Mamelodi Community
Policing Forum (MCPF), will be hosting approximately 1 200 children from twenty
different schools around Mamelodi, Eersterust, Silverton and Nellmapius in
Tshwane.
High-ranking officials from the above-mentioned institutions are expected to
attend. A number of fun-filled activities have been arranged up for the
day.
Photo opportunities and interview sessions will be granted on request.
