South African Police Service "Men for Change" is hereby inviting the media
to the celebration of Youth Month as part of crime prevention initiatives. The
occasion will take place at the Rethabile Community Hall in Mamelodi East. The
programmes will centre on the rehabilitation of youth offenders and youth
skills development. Various experts from other departments will come and
address the youth.
