Media briefing – decision on Jacob Zuma representations

Mr Jacob Zuma approached the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) to make
representations regarding the decision taken by the NPA to prosecute him.
Following a meticulous process of evaluating information brought to its
attention, the NPA has taken a decision to announce the outcome of that
process. A media briefing to announce NPA decision in this regard will be held
as per the details below:
Date: Monday, 6 April 2009
Time: 10h30
Venue: NPA Head Office (VGM Building), 123 Corner Hartley Street & Westlake
Avenue, Weavind Park, Pretoria

A maximum of two journalists per media house will be allowed in the venue.
Those who would like to attend are urged to RSVP to the e-mail address
reflected below. Information in the RSVP must state the names of the
attendee(s), their identification number (or passport number) and the media
house they represent.

Confirmation for attendance must reach the NPA by no later than twelve noon,
on Saturday, 4 April 2009.

No journalist without accreditation will be allowed in the venue.
