The Presidency Spousal Office to reach out to children

The Presidency Spousal Office will tomorrow, 27 September 2007, embark on
community outreach programme that will include career guidance to children of
South African Police Service members, attached to the Presidency.

This outreach programme will see lectures on fields of study that,
especially, allows people to work in the public service.

Tours of historical buildings such as the Union Buildings, the Bryntirion
Estate, Maupanaga building and the Freedom Park will be embarked upon.

The Gauteng MEC for Community Safety, Firoz Cachalia, will deliver a keynote
address at this prestigious occasion.

The Spousal Office in The Presidency renders administrative and managerial
support to the spouse of the President, Mrs Zanele Mbeki and the spouse of the
Deputy President, Mr Bulelani Ngcuka.
