Parliament on National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) Act draft
report

The draft report of the Ad Hoc Joint Committee to consider matters in terms
of Section 12 of the National Prosecuting Authority Act was today tabled at the
meeting of the Committee.

Members have been given time to study the report. The committee will meet
again tomorrow, Thursday, 11 February 2009, at 11h00 to discuss the report.
