to visit family of the man killed by escaping prisoners

North West MEC for Transport, Roads and Community Safety, Phenye Vilakazi,
will today visit the family of the man who was killed by four escaping
prisoners in Brits. The men escaped from the local Magistrate court last
Friday.
They shot and wounded a woman but failed to take her car. They then shot a
man to death and took his car with which they made the escape. The woman was
admitted in hospital. The MEC will also visit the family of a couple and their
two kids who died in a car crash on the N4 high way on Sunday night. Both
families are in Brits and the visits will start at 10h00 at Brits Police
Station.
