Doctoral Degree

Deputy President Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka will on Wednesday, 19 September
2007, receive an Honorary Doctoral Degree in Education from the University of
the Western Cape (UWC) at the Graduation Ceremony in Cape Town.
The Deputy President, also a teacher by profession, played a significant
role in education and further continues to be at the forefront of our Joint
Initiative on Priority Skills Acquisition (Jipsa).
The Deputy President will deliver a keynote address to congratulate the
graduates at the ceremony.
