Village Centre

Deputy President Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka will on Sunday, 4 March 2007,
officially open the Umthimkhulu Village Centre in Kleinmond, Cape Town.
The village centre, which is an institution of the Grail organisation,
focuses on skills training, small medium and micro enterprises development and
encouraging social cohesion through its peace and justice programme.
The Deputy President's visit to the centre is part of the government's
overall plan to accelerate skills development and create more jobs.
