P Mlambo-Ngcuka to mark coming of World Youth Day Cross, 28 Jan

Deputy President Mlambo-Ngcuka to highlight challenges facing
the Youth on the occasion marking the coming of the World Youth Cross to South
Africa

Deputy President Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka will on Sunday, 28 January 2007 at
09h30, join more than 2 000 Catholic Youth in celebrating the pilgrimage of the
World Youth Day Cross, which will be hosted by the Pretoria Archdiocese in
Tshwane.

The cross will serve as an opportunity for the youth across the board to
experience spiritual renewal and to focus on some social challenges we face as
a country.

Deputy President Mlambo-Ngcuka is expected to address the youth on the
importance of making correct life choices ranging from matters on HIV and AIDS,
moral regeneration and opportunities available to the youth in the country.
