Deputy President Mlambo-Ngcuka will on Monday, 26 November 2007, attend the
Youth Development Forum Plenary, in Woodmead, Johannesburg.
The Forum will mark the launch of the JumpStart Handbook of the National
Youth Service, which aims to educate, empower and uplift the school-leaver by
disseminating crucial information related to self-knowledge.
