keynote address at the World Environmental Education Congress (WEEC) to be held
at the Durban International Convention Centre at 16h40.

harmful to their health or wellbeing and to have the environment protected, for
the benefit of present and future generations, through reasonable legislative
and other measures that prevent pollution and ecological degradation, promote
conservation and secure ecologically sustainable development and use of natural
resources while promoting justifiable economic social development."

The Deputy President will be accompanied by the Ministers of Education,

of Environmental Affairs and Tourism, Rejoice Mabudafhasi, KwaZulu Natal
Province Ministers of education, Ina Cronje, tourism, Weziwe Thusi and
