P Mlambo-Ngcuka to address Nelson Mandela Health and Human Rights Award,

Deputy President Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka will give the keynote address at the
2007 Nelson Mandela Health and Human Rights Awards. This is an annual event for
outstanding leaders in the promotion of health and human rights.

The award was established in 1992 at the wish of former President, Mr Nelson
Mandela and administered by the Kaiser Foundation and the Nelson Mandela
Foundation.
