Deputy President Mlambo-Ngcuka will deliver a keynote address at the launch
of the National Youth Service on Saturday, 14 April 2007, in Bloemfontein. This
launch is in line with the Expanded Public Works Programme, which aims at
providing skills in the area of building construction and maintenance.
