Deputy President Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka will hand over graduation
certificates to unemployed graduates who have successfully completed the Growth
Acceleration Programme (GAP).
This initiative by KPMG was developed to address South Africa's skills
shortage and the increasing number of unemployed graduates. It is also aligned
to support the Joint Initiative on Priority Skills Acquisition (JIPSA).
