The North West Provincial Legislature's Standing Committee on Public
Accounts (SCOPA) under the Chairpersonship of Hon Mavis Matladi will be
conducting a public hearing with regard to the Auditor-General's report on the
annual financial statements of the Provincial Council on AIDS for the financial
year ended 31 March 2006. The hearing will be held as follows:
