Gauteng MEC for Housing Nomvula Mokonyane will hand over 172 title deeds to
beneficiaries in Kagiso. The title deeds will be given to people who have been
staying in government owned houses built during the apartheid era. The handing
over of the title deeds is part of government's effort to restore the dignity
of the people and promote home ownership.
Amongst the beneficiaries is 87 year old Emma Morabane who has never owned a
property in her life.
The event will take place as follows:
