N Hangana to address Municipal Leadership Development programme launch,

As part of government's drive to develop leadership skills among municipal
leaders, Deputy Minister for Provincial and Local Government, Nomatyala
Hangana, will address the Municipal Leadership Development Programme launch on
15 March 2007.

The launch forms part of government's strategic vision to produce skilled
municipal leaders that will provide democratic and transparent governance as
well as sustainable service delivery to local communities.
