Minister Balfour on a working visit to Australia

The Minister of Correctional Services, Mr Ngconde Balfour is on a seven-day
visit to Australia from 2 to 9 June 2006. He will be in Melbourne, Australia to
receive an award from the Victoria University as their Alumnus during their
90th anniversary celebrations.
He will also deliver an address to the graduation ceremony scheduled for
tomorrow. Minister Balfour studied at the university whilst in exile between
1989 and 1992 and is the universityâs main âlegendâ, alumnus and official guest
from Africa who will be honoured tomorrow.
