Gauteng MEC for Education Angie Motshekga will host an Education Summit on
Saturday, 5 May 2007. The summit, to be held in the Ekurhuleni District, is the
second in a series of three regional Education Summits focused on Gauteng's
underperforming schools.
The Ekurhuleni Education Summit follows the special Provincial Education
Summit hosted by Premier Mbhazima Shilowa on 24 March 2007 and the regional
Education Summit in Sedibeng on 21 April 2007.
