The Minister in the Presidency Dr Mantombazana Tshabalala-Msimang will on
Monday, 20 April 2009, address the National Disability Machinery meeting
convened by the Office on the Status of Persons with Disability and officially
launch the "South African Implementation of the Convention on the Rights of
Persons with Disabilities."
