The Deputy Regional Commissioner of Correctional Services in KwaZulu-Natal,
Mr Terence Sibiya, invites your institution to the female soccer tournament.
This is a tournament for females in the employ of Correctional Services
throughout KwaZulu-Natal.
Details are as follows:

Time: 08:00
Venue: Alexander Park Soccer Ground (Pietermaritzburg)
The purpose of the tournament is to develop and encourage the involvement of
female employees in soccer. This tournament will serve as a vehicle through
which a regional squad of 20 players will be selected to play against the South
African Police Service (SAPS) regional squad. A regional technical team will
also be selected through this tournament.
The theme for the tournament is â11 years of democracy, united in sport,
united in diversity, united in the third phase of our young democracy, united
in the midlands region, united in the province of KwaZulu-Natal, United in the
Department of Correctional Services, united in the pursuit of empowering and
recognising the females of sporting heroes representative of Correctional
Services locally, nationally and internationally.â
This is part of the departmentâs programme to promote employee wellness.
