President K Motlanthe has assented to the Cross-boundary Municipalities Laws
Repeal and Related Matters Amendment Act, 2009
The Act was published in the Government Gazette on 26 March 2009.
The President has also signed a proclamation setting 3 April 2009 as the
date on which the Act comes into operation.
