Understanding: Procurement and lease of 2010 FIFA World Cup buses

Pretoria: Transport Minister Jeff Radebe, 2010 Organising Committee (OC)
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Danny Jordan, FIFA and Match officials will sign
a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to mark the commitment to provide the
seamless flow of soccer spectators during the 2010 Soccer World Cup during a
press conference to be held in Pretoria.
The signing ceremony will be attended by members of the Transport Portfolio
Committee, Transport MECs and MMCs (Members of Mayoral Committees), the
Transport Director-General (DG), Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA),
transport agency CEOs and other key transport stakeholders.
Match, through its bus services, will be responsible, among others, for
accommodation services, client transfers to and from the various venues and
ticketing services for the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
