publishes position paper and revised Draft General License Fees

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) published a
revised version of the Draft General License Fees Regulations in
Government
Gazette No 31992 on 6 March 2009. Interested parties have until 20 March 2009
to submit written comments on the revised regulations. The final regulations
will be published after all submissions have been considered.
At the same time, the authority also published a position paper in
Government Gazette 31993 on 6 March 2009. It should be noted that the position
paper is not open for public comment.
