workshop on end user and subscriber service charter enquiry

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) will hold a
public workshop on the enquiry on the end user and subscriber service charter
regulations setting out the minimum standards. The purpose of the workshop is
to solicit more information from stakeholders and members of the public on
issues contained in the published regulations as contained in Government
Gazette Notice No.31556.
The comments solicited from the workshop will assist the authority in
deciding if the said regulations should be amended or repealed and, if so,
replaced.
The workshop is scheduled as follows:
