Johannesburg: On Thursday, 3 May 2007, the Independent Communications
Authority of South Africa (Icasa) published a discussion document in Government
Gazette No. 29863 on Leased Lines and other Wholesale Markets. The closing date
for written submissions by interested parties was Friday, 8 June 2007.
Following requests for an extension to the deadline for submissions, the
Authority hereby grants an extension for all parties to no later than 16h00 on
Thursday, 12 July 2007. Hearings scheduled for July will be rescheduled
accordingly and the Authority will advise interested parties on the new dates
in due course.
